NCIX has a boxing day sale today , a Radeon 8500 OEM for only 279 cdn , seems like a pretty nice deal to me :) .

That would be N-patch tesselation . ATi already has the opengl extension in the current radeon drivers . I think that it would be really cool , I mean some artifacts would be tolerable .

Any good Nintendo 64 emus?

Nemu64 is the best i've used so far . It runs on D3d and works with nearly all cards .

what is UltraAGP?

It's propably the same as "AGP PRO" graphics on the 810 chipsets .
