Maybe it is the first time to use Liquid nitrogen cooling ARM chip? The M4 is so difficult to gain 4.42Ghz in room temperature . The guys in Geekerwan use Liquid nitrogen to get the best performance of geekbench. M4 get 3977 for Geekbench 6 and 2754 for Geekbench 5.
Some test are interesting. In some cases air beats pro. M1 uses only 2min 15secs to install Xcode.xip. My MacBook use much much longer time to open it. You can see the live link.

I acknowledge that A14 is very fast. However, in the real application which really need performance such as high demanding game, A14 is terrible. Usually in just 1-2 minutes of game, the FPS will suddenly decrease below 10.

If we use the usual calculation of mobile's soc, the notebookcheck's review shows the power comsumption of Lakefield is 14.9-4.8=10.1w when stressing CPU and GPU in 5w tdp. 8cx is 13.2-4.3=8.9w when stressing cpu only .
