Determining ISP for an IP

I need some help tracking down the origination of an IP address of someone using a yahoo mail account. I have the IP that person used to login to Yahoo, but I'm not sure how to find out which ISP they were using so I can identify the person for a lawsuit. Can anyone forward me to a site that...

Copying Hard Drive in Win 2k Pro

OK, I've gotten Ghost to work in Win2k. Now, should I use the partition to partition copy or should I do the disk image? Finally, will Ghost overlook the bad sector on my HD or is it likely to crash like the Maxtor program did? Thanks, Ron

Iomega 8X4X32 drive for $49.99 after rebate, before tax

I called Staples and was refused the deal. The lady said that with the Staples Rebate and the Iomega Rebate, it was cheaper than CompUSA and hence they wouldn't match. I wasn't in a mood to argue so I left it at that.
