I too received my $ 40.00 Cendyne rebate, direct from Staples ! Lets not forget to thank these companies for shouldering the load, and making this right ! I sent email from Staples Rebate Center to Customer Service thanking them, and a little praise thrown in for good measure !

What they were telling me is that the purchase date will br the ship date, and that will be after the 16th. Since it will be after the 16th, it will not qualify for the rebates on my receipt. If I lost out, maybe next time-Better safe than sorry, in my case, anyway-jb1
Both were backordered for me, so I called rebate center customer service-They said if they ship after the offer date, that is when credit card is billed, so rebates would not be good ! Better check folks, or you may end up with expensive items ! I cancelled that puppy !!

Made the order-all went great until I tried to print receipt-computer crashed ! Reboot-back to OM-no receipt, no order shows up on website-got confirmation email-all were 1 day delivery, but won't deliver until 10/11 !!!! All rebates end 10/5 !!! Now what ? Order doesn't show on website...

Sometimes the people in the stores are not responsive, but I can say from experience that 1 call to Bentonville, Ar. gets lots of FAST ACTION ! You never saw such apologetic(sp?) people !

Got to the store at Des Moines 2 hr after the flyer hit-the shelf space allocated to these was about 6 inches across, and of course all gone, as was the Que burner. They had lots of canned air, though. What do they do, stock about 5 each of these items ?
It shows in stock for me, but when I add something to get it over $ 100, it charges $10 shipping for the drive(says 3 day delivery, but shows delivery 8 days from now), and $10 shipping for the other item(moouse pad). Store pickup shows the drive at $ 109. Anybody know a way around this mess ?
