I need the same! I removed everything HP pre-installed, including OMEN COMMAND CENTER (now i can't even install it again, HP is a mess with software...)

Apparently Nvidia managed to introduce a bug in their drivers, which made Crysis 3 stutter and even have severe framedrops. The solution is to enable Ultra low latency mode in the Nvidia control panel. In this clip you can see, just how much the game stabilizes in the frametime graph...
