Should i take my chances with a 1.33gig from newegg, or buy a Pretested 1gig@1.5-1.6?

if the price is same I would definitely go for 1.33 chip, it should do 1.5 easily.

ok, here's a better link, it shows you how to unlock the multiplier. You should increase voltage as you increase your FSB. Try unlocking multiplier then lower the multiplier and then up the FSB. 1ghz chip on that board shoud do 9*133.

FOP 32 is recommended up to 1.2 ghz. I love alpha's and fop's they are cheap and get the job done.

Okay..got my FOP 32 with a t'bird, how should i put it on?? (Artic Silver???)

ok, here it goes again, take off that pink pad thingy off completely and place very thin layer of thermal paste or arctic silver on the core, remember THIN layer just on your core. if you're using arctic silver use rubbing alchohol to clean up the mess. for a step by step instruction click here.

1Ghz AXIA only running at 850Mhz, why?

nevermind, the MSI k7t pro 2-a uses VIA KT113 chipsets instead of KT113A, so you mobo can't do 133.

borrow some pc133 ram from someone and try changing fsb to 133. most of pc100 won't run at 133fst.
