my radeon all in wonder locks up too when using the 3D 2001 benchmark in win2k, the radeon drivers for win2k just arn't that great at all especially when using D3D. im gonna install winME tomorrow and post what my radeon all in wonder got, hope its good. also i noticed the huge score drop...
