NEED SERIOUS HELP!!! Exclamation mark beside device in IRQ settings?

CRV: In my regular device manager screen, everything is peachy (ie. no yellow exclamation symbol)...the only problem is in the IRQ screen... btw, i am running win98se

NEED SERIOUS HELP!!! Exclamation mark beside device in IRQ settings?

What does this mean? I have an accton ISA nic, and there is an exclamation mark beside the device in the IRQ settings section. There are NO other devices sharing this IRQ (since I disabled COM 2) Can anyone help? ta ta!
