XP2000+ anyone? What kind of cooling do you use?

The frickin' Nvidia logo in the lower right corner.. How to get rid of it?

NOW WHAT DO I DO?????? I have MSI GF2, my drivers are 4.13.01.1241. Once again, there is NO option for this thing. Last time I asked people here, they recommended some sort of a tweak program for Nvidia cards, it worked then, because this program had an option for this stupid Nvidia Icon.

I have this thing when I play and it is so damn annoying!!!! I hade it removed once, but I updated the drivers and I forgot how to do it. I looked everywhere for a button or something - no such thing. I think I have to download some kind of a Gforce tweak, or something. What do I do, and where...

WHY such a huge price difference????

I usually check datorbutiken.com where you can build a system of your own. 256 MB of PC2100 costs 830 SEK (~80 USD) 512 MB of PC2100 costs 7500 SEK. Why such a difference?

Actually a memory question

Could someone please explain to me what PC2100 means. Also, what does any of those numbers mean - PC133, PC150 and so on? In a processor, mhz measures number of operations the processor can perform. But what does 133 mhz in memory mean? Another question, is there any common "measuring...

best way to test cpu stability?

I do not test my comp but I run SETI@home. Right now I have PIII 1000@1088 ( + memory at 145 and video card o/c:ed). That is with standard CPU cooler and one side of the case taken off. SETI has been running for almost two weeks now - non-stop. No problemo.

A question on PIII 1000 o/c:ed and temp. readings on CUSL

People, Overclocked PIII to 1050 for now (original heatsikn and fan). I have ASUS CUSL2-C. Tried CPU test that maximizes CPU's heat production. My temperature readings stabilized at 53 degrees Celsius for CPU and 39 - for mobo. Are these temps high? What are the "border" temps for...

Yea, and we do not even have to talk about DX8 games. Running Flanker on a AMD 1200-266 with 2100 RDRAM and an Ultra card gives like 35 maybe 40 FPS at 1024-resolution with all the goodies on. I won't even mention FSAA!

Space sims, flight sims, Mech are dead!

As for me, I play nothing but Flanker :cool: right now. Certain driving games are also good, I like Viper Racing (if anyone heard of it). Viper is my dream car. Used to play a lot of other stuff but mostly strategy like CCombat III and IV, Rairoad Tycoon II. I don't like FPS, for me they do not...

Soundcard question, sorry about that...

I know this is not a videocard question, but... Just read one of teh threads where someone suggests someone to change soundcard and promices that this change will improve FPS. I just wonder, is that true? Does the choice of soundcard improve frames? I have SB live player 1024, is it an OK card?
