I suggest you do what I did and call sales BEFORE the install while you
still have some leverage. My install guy was late yesterday and when I
called to complain I had the phone rep check the notes on my account
and the sales person had updated my account to show they would protest
any charges...
I am getting my dish installed tomorrow so I called directtv up to verify
my commitment. I was referred to sales and sales told me the one month
commitment required you to purchase the system for $99. I was told I was
committed for one year. I told the sales rep that wasn't what I was told when...
