I have a similiar problem and have found the easiest solution for me is to go from my DSL Modem to a Hub then from my hub into seperate routers. So essentially I have 3 seperate networks. In order for them all to communicate with each other when needed I use VPN.

In your web browser option you need to tell it to use your LAN connection and not to use your Dial Up connection. In IE it is Tools/Option/Connections.

I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my refund after exchanging e-mails with CEO-Shawn for nearly a week and getting empty promises. Finally after Pay-pal was involved I got my refund, on the last day he possibly had to resolve the dispute....

Well I called on the phone around 1pm EST and spoke to a CSR he took my order for 1 and said that they were awaiting inventory? My web order status says awaiting inventory as well so who knows.
I also ordered a converter to 50 pin for my 2940 card from the link provided in the thread for $8.95...
