Now, how good is that Samsung N105?
I've had it for about a month and can only compare it to the Nokia 5165 on the ATT TDMA network.
Pros:
It's Light and small (easily fits in pockets)
flip cover
has voice dialing/voice commands
battery recharges in 90 minutes
Cons:
Battery lasts about 2.5...
Careful folks. Small print on the Voicestream rebate says valid with $29.99/mo or greater plans. Those of you thinking of the $19.99 plan wouldn't qualify for the $100 from VS. I was about to do this deal last month till I saw the fine print. Went with the Samsung N105 instead cause I'm...
tigerbait (and anyone else missing their rebates):
I just got my 40GB rebate two weeks ago from the Dec. deal. I also did the 20GB-7200 deal in Dec. and had to call for that rebate after the 40GB rebate finally showed up. Turns out the fulfillment center was denying the rebate based on...
Thanks whodiini.
Picked 1 up in Wilsonville. It was in Friday's newspaper insert up here (sale ends 2/19). There were about 5 on the regular shelf loc'n, but they had a bunch more on the end of the aisle.
This should be $9.95 after rebate if the $10 rebate goes through. I picked 1 up with a $10 rebate on the box (says rebate expires 2/28/02). The tag at Fry's said $5 rebate expires 5/31 but didn't see any of those rebate forms and I didn't ask for one. The $10 rebate form is also available online...
Office Max had some Proxim Symphony HomeRF PCMCIA cards and ISA cards on clearance for $29.xx. Couldn't find the USB version at Walmart, only the PCMCIA cards (with the $29 price tag).
Same experience here. E-mail said to click on the link to claim my $80, but the link correctly had the $60 I was expecting highlighted. I was hoping for the extra $20.
Thanks for the info Hashbrowns.
I see at buy.com a reviewer got about 4000 pages from his 1st toner. I see Minolta makes two toner sizes which they estimate yields 3k & 6K, so I assume they give you a full cartridge.
Selection was crap at my local Lowes. I did see a Toro cordless grass trimmer, rechargeable battery type that said 55 min run time/charge, for $15.xx marked down from $48.xx. I passed since I've got a Ryobi version.
My newspaper insert says "4.99 after rebates" then gives the math as "24.99-$10 MFR. Mail-in Rebate - $15 Circuit City Mail-in Rebate=4.99". Someone needs some math lessons.
Thanks for the post Cejay.
I saw these a week or so ago for $29.88 or something like that. Picked up the last one at the Tigard, OR store. Nice little toy and it comes with 4 AA NiMH batteries.
Thanks for the heads up Overclock. I ordered this from Office Depot for $80 after a 20off100 coupon, which I'm now returning. You just saved me a bunch of money.
Anyone else notice the price increased $10? In the process of placing an order, my in-cart price was $99, but when I checked out a few minutes later it was listed as $109.99 (same as today's newspaper add).
