I'm in need of a couple of decent Socket A coolers. They should be relatively quiet (less than 25dbA) and at least be better than the retail coolers (which I'm guessing isn't very hard). I know that some new coolers still support Socket A, but I'm looking for something that is fairly...

Internet connection sharing situation

Well, see, the thing is, there isn't really two DHCP devices on the network per se. The router is the DHCP device on the ethernet network, and my computer is the DHCP device on the phoneline network. Anyways, thanks for your suggestions, but I got it to work just by disabling my firewall...

Purchase Dilemma: Kyro II vs. GeForce2 MX

Where can I see something about flashing the LE's BIOS? I read the AnandTech article over the LE, but it only told about overclocking and HyperZ enabling. It only mentioned vaguely something about memory timings in the BIOS. Edit: I seem to get LE and VE mixed up.

Win2k doesn't remember preferred MIDI playback device

Whenever I set the preferred MIDI playback device in the Sounds and Multimedia applet, it reverts to the first one in the list when I open up the applet again, or if I restart or log off. Is there anything available to fix this?
