I'm stupid! i was trying to install the XP/64 drivers. I d'n loaded the correct ones and now everything is workin fine.

The drivers I'm trying to install are the ones for XP from the NVIDIA site. I assume they are MS XP compatable. XP just thinks it has the best there is and won't allow me to update to ones that have OpenGL. From my search here, I found others that have gotten by the problem, they just arn't...
