I searched google for the coupon codes, but could not find anything. Could you at least point me to the website that lists the codes? Also, are the coupon codes for Discover cards only? Your topic is not clear on that matter. Thanks.
I bought my tilting wall-bracket from Provantage. The bracket is made by Peerless. It is crazy that these things cost $100+, b/c there is nothing to them. I'm mounting mine this Friday (also hiding wires in the walls, no easy task when were talking DVI cable, RGB, 2 component, 1 SVideo, etc). I...
I recently bought the 27" Syntax Olevia from Outpost for $999 and must say it is an AWESOME TV! The 27" and 30" share the same cabinet. I was gonna get the 30", but it was $1499 just a couple of weeks ago! I hooked up a set-top HDTV tuner and the picture was unbelievable. I also had to call...
I should have been more clear with my last post.
mp3/jpg/mpg etc on DVD-R/RW is only possible on the latest models (serial number ending in "08"). I have one of the old 1mb models (hacked to region/macro free), and it will not play these disks. My pops has one of the "08" models and it plays...
I got one of these players a few months ago...nice. It is worth the price just for the jpeg and mp3 functionality. Newer models will play mp3's and jpgs on DVD-R/RW (in addition to CD-R/RW)! 4.3GB of mp3s....pretty nice.
Be warned, the remote takes some getting used to. You have to enable the...
This is an awesome player. I have a 1mb unit, and my dad has a new 512k unit. Both are very nice, but mine supports VCD out of the box, while his needs a firmware upgrade (just released on nerd-out's forums). However, you can just put mpg files on a CD-R/RW on either unit and access via the file...
Ok, I found the solution. Thanks to those who responded.

It turns out that an "update" to IE6 was the culprit. Easy fix via regedit.
It works on our other PC's with the same config (IE6 + Win98SE). It opens the (Kodak) image viewer within IE (esentially saves it to a temp folder). I told the user to just click the save option and open it from the desktop. I still think it's something screwey in the Registry.
Yes, tried that. I've done some searching on support.microsoft.com and found nothing. I can't believe that I'm the only one experiencing this problem.
I've also tried changing the security settings (and almost everything else) in the Internet Options control panel.
It's almost like IE is...
This is a new one for me.
The O/S is Win98SE and when you click on a .tif file (legal documents online, .tif is an uncompressed picture file), it does not give the option to "Open" (grayed out), only the option to save or cancel. According to the user, this just started recently. I've tried...
For those wondering, some of the sites are still active. Both my wife's and father's websites/emails continue to work via Cyberwings. No, this doesn't make sense to me, b/c Cyberwings can't even keep their main page active. Maybe their sites are hosted on one of Cyberwings leased servers. I...
To those whow wish to see the quality of the 2100's pics and the power of the zoom, check out my 2 galleries:
Gallery 1
Gallery 2
Most of these pictures were taken with a minimum of 5x zoom. I love this camera!
I'm no expert on sunglasses, but these look very nice. The lenses are plastic on the Romeo, Juliet, and EyeJackets, but glass on the C-Wires (and the frames are metal = nice).
Ok, I just got my 4 pairs of sunglasses today. . .
See the picture of all 4 HERE
The look really good. Amazingly, only one pair has a slight defect (and it's my favorite pair, the Juliets). It is missing one of the rubber inserts which holds the glasses from opening too far. The shipping box...
Just got this email this morning:
"We are very sorry for the recent delay in order processing and replies to customer emails. We were ill prepared for the boom of summer business. We have since hired more help. We are 100% back on track now and look forward to giving fast service in the...
Well, AMAZINGLY enough, I got my tracking information last night. The glasses are scheduled for delivery on Monday. I'll keep you guys and gals posted of the quality. I don't expect much, but I figured it was worth a try. I will not pay $100 for any sunglasses.
Now, fingers crossed that UPS...
Has anyone else ordered from the amazing-replicas place? I ordered a few pair last Wednesday, got an immediate confirmation email, which I must say, looked very professional. Then. . .
I emailed them about the "free pair" (link did not work when I tried to add them to my basket). They replied...

Basically says $100 off at B&M's through this weekend (Sat. June 8th). RUN, not walk to your B&M CompUSA and buy one. You will not be disappointed!
Good luck finding one at that price (new). CompUSA had them on special on Memorial Day for $399 online only, and they were sold out in a few hours. They still sell it for $499 at B&M's, but considering it was orig. $999, I had no problem paying $499 for it (got it at WalMart B&M). Good luck...
I agree. . these shots were taken before I got my UV filter. It is like putting sunglasses on a camera. Pictures are much more colorful (and less washed out) in bright sunlight. I have more pics that were taken over Memorial Day holiday which I will post soon. We were at the lake, so I got some...
The 2100 uses an "optically stabilized" 10x zoom, which helps keep those telephoto shots from blurring. The 2100's lens is a Canon, and the same one used in Canon's Pro90IS. If I had a choice, I'd definitely get the 2100 over the C-700. See my example pics here:

Your link to Amazon has a techbargains referral in it. You should remove it. Here is the correct, no referral link:

I had one of these camera's for 2yrs, and had many "Photo of the Day" pictures at Steve's Digicams. I would jump on this deal, but I already replaced my CP800 and bought my wife a Canon S110. Those interested, look at the pics here:

After a ton of recent research, I've found a few Car Audio Shops worth checking out. Here you go:
1) The Zeb - Excellent prices on most items
2) Ike Sound (the 1024 is NOT a referral link, it just bypasses the main page) - Free Shipping!
3) SoundDomain.com - pretty good prices, TONS of items...
does anyone know if these prices are per YEAR or per MONTH?
According to the chart on the website, it seems like they are referring to yearly charge, but read this, which can be found on the same page:
<< ** All Cyberwings Accounts are billed annually. We do provide the approximate monthly...
So, is this service really free (up to 10hrs)? After reading the "Terms of Use", it seems that they have left some openings for potential charges. I would feel better if they did not ask for a credit card. Wonder why they can't just add it to your regular Cable bill? I would appreciate any...
I reviewed this unit almost a year ago. Read about it HERE
BTW, ignore the link to a free sample VCD from Terapin. . .they removed the link. I will remove it soon, when I get time. Overall, I liked the unit, but it has it's limitations. Read the review for more details.
Kudos to Gary for answering all of the questions here. I'll be signing up for your hosting service real soon!
Those asking him questions in this thread. . .Let him do his work! I know how difficult it can be to have 10 things going on at one time, but he needs to eat and sleep. In other...
I personally bought a Fujitsu C Series Refurb from the Fujitsu website a few months ago.
My thoughts:
1) It is just as good as a new laptop, visually and mechanically (only 1 dead pixel on far right side of screen, my friend bought a NEW Sony VAIO, and it had 2 close to the center of the...
Tiger is usually high on their shipping, and they charge tax in NC :|. Anyway those interested, here is some more info on the printer. According to Minolta, it is XP compatible:

Anyone ordered one from GoGoCity.com? They have it "retail box" for $390.
They only have a 2.5 rating on ResellerRatings
Man, I want one of these drives! I will prob. wait until price drops to around $300.
I saw a commercial on TV last night about this. Find out some of the details HERE.
I hope they are bigger and better than those "MarketPro Shows". . .they are always too crowded. Visit the site above and print out a $1 off coupon for entry (entry is $8/$7 w/ coupon, 2 bucks more than...
I have this same combo and it ROCKS! The Soyo Dragon + M/B is loaded with features, such as 3 DDR RAM, built-in NIC, built-in 5.1 sound (I know, built in sound usually sucks, but this one has superb sound), RAID and more. . .
Here is a link to Soyo USA - there are many links to reviews on the...
<< They changed product number on $139.00 dollar deal. It does not match any on the rebate form. >>
I received my Nomad Jukebox yesterday, and it has the 7000000000007 number as the product number (on the invoice). Maybe the rebate will work? I'm gonna try. Just FYI. . BTW, they still list...
I've used Ofoto and Shutterfly and IMHO, Shutterfly has much better prints than Ofoto. The Ofoto prints were darker, while the Shutterfly prints looked like pro 35mm reprints (same pics printed at both places, mostly for comparison). I have not tried DotPhoto yet, but they are my next victim...
For those still interested, there is some useful info on mp3.com. . .
--Updated firmware allows these units to work as external h/d's (but I think you have to use the included Playcenter)
Read more of the reader's reviews on MP3.com
Deal ends on 12/25, FYI
For those interested in upgrading the H/D (20GB would be nice), there is a guide here. . .They also sell the H/D's, but kinda expensive (just use a 9.5mm 2.5" laptop H/D, your choice):
NomadJukebox.net
I'll wait for the warranty to run out, then replace the drive. BTW, if you really think...
