yeah I didn't know what to search for either so was hoping someone here would know. I don't think I need that much shape/structure integrity here since its such minimal shrinking/expanding. plus the exhaust will fit over it and be held on by a very strong spring/hook rather than the clamp itself.
I could but I wanted to keep it "un-modded" if possible since I already screwed with the header portion. This way I could get rid of the exhaust in the future as an option still.
So I used a tail pipe expander at my header inlet on my motorcycle to make it fit this aftermarket exhaust I got (don't ask why I had to do that lol). However the pipe was expanded about 2-3mm bigger than it should have. How do I shrink it a bit?

well i surmise that it was THAT popular cuz most of the 4 crowd did not upgrade to the 4s because it was such a marginal upgrade. so now you have a huge group that did not upgrade and were waiting for this model and also a ton of other new isheepies.

yes the 4s took 22 hours to sell out preorders. the 5 did it in an hour.
edit: the website for the preorder was down for me the entire time for the 5. i had to do it via the mobile app on my phone, which went through flawlessly w/o lag in 3 min
pretty ridiculous, even though they all have "another reason" aside from just owning one.

well the main reason is because that is what is suggested by SSD manufacturers to reduce the read/writes to the SSD so you dont have to do a secure wipe as often to bring its level of performance back up because they get slower with time.

while the specs for a 5770 and a 4870 are roughly the same, the 4870 is slightly faster but runs hotter, uses much more power and is a bit louder.

you sir, are most likely correct and it was what i was thinking. i've played with many IHS-less chips and that is usually the biggest problem. finding a proper cooler/water block that will apply enough pressure to make up for the difference in height after that IHS is gone, which is roughly 3-4mm.

i just got in on last week's corsair 650w for 59.99-20 rebate = 39.99 though. although not a 80+ gold, it IS 80+ certified at half the cost of this one, so i shouldnt feel too bad i guess.
