I gave the garment bags to my nephew and niece for Christmas last night. They're small, but just right for a weekend trip. It's kind of nice that they zip closed. They were quite pleased. Good deal!
Mine came yesterday too. The bobblehead looks really stupid, but maybe I'll keep it, along with the baseball, in case it becomes a collector's item some day.

I received my shipping confirmation today (9/24). The package was shipped on 9/18 and was supposed to be delivered on 9/20 (five days ago!). Where is it? The UPS tracking doesn't say anything but Billing Information Received. :(

I got my refund on 8/6 after being charged on 7/31. They had a nice little, interest free loan at my credit card company's expense.:(
I also received a confirmation letter from their local BBB about my complaint. At least this will hurt their BBB rating. Hopefully it'll be as bad as theirs...
Since they didn't respond to our emails, it means that they care so little about their customers that they just ignore customer complaints without even bothering to respond. No form letter, no nothing. They just hit the delete key.
I sent a complaint letter via PlanetFeedback.com which was bounced because the email address that they had was invalid (info@emscomputing.com). I forwarded it to customer@emscomputing.com and got this back, just like raven457:

I didn't get the email about the delay and my order status still says that "Delayed 7/17/02". I hope my order doesn't get cancelled or further messed up.
I got two charges for $9.95 from DSPAY.COM Seoul, Korea this month on my Shell Mastercard, which of course I am disputing. This fraud is getting out of hand.
