I usually use the Omega drivers on my Inspiron 8500. - http://omegadrivers.net/
Only problem is if the screen blanks for powersave mode it doesn't come out of it.
oh well, I use it as desktop replacement anyway and just turned powersave off.
as title states: What's a good wireless router with a print server?
preferably 54G but if there's a real good and cheap .11b then I'd consider it.
regarding the Apple Airport Express comment, I'm tempted (cause it's so darn cute) but $130 is a bit much, no?
My cousin lives in Cleveland and I'm in south florida. He's got some computer fair beige box system and doesn't have the slightest clue as to what kind of RAM he has installed.
All he knows is he currently has 256MB and would like to upgrade to 512MB. I've told him to look through his...

Picked up a 180336 from the Boynton Beach, FL store. (They only had another one left and it was a 180334).
It's labeled a 9600 Pro on the card itself but the default settings are core: 398 mem: 297
Which are slower than DRS's fo 420 /324.
Also, is this ATI page incorrect? Is the 9600 Pro's...
Thanks! Gonna go pick one up during lunch and joing the PVR age.
and to think I almost went with the DirecTV Friends & Family deal .
This is an extra $50 towards mortgage, car (or Halo PC).

I think there should be a Silver Member Rank (500 posts) b/c at my rate it's going to take me a while to become a Golden Member (1000). If not I really dig MadRat's base^2 idea.
Oh. I think they'll probably drop it to $99 to stay very competive. The gamecube's lack of online games and proprietary dics (ie. not a DVD player) hurt it's sales.
You're comparing apples to oranges. There's no reason for them to drop the GBA SP price. Nintendo is the sole manufacturer of a popular handeheld gaming device.
I was under the impression that 4x DVD+R would take like 15 mins.
But it took approx 40 mins at 4x on the HP DVD+R disc that came with the drive using Nero 5.5.10.20.
Am I doing something wrong or is that normal burn time?
BTW, thanks to sharpeyed ChunkyBarf for pointing out the 300i SKU in the ad.
Just got back from OM, picked up the last 300i. They didn't give me any problems, just had to ask for it cause they have locked in a storeroom.
Anyway, before leaving I checked on DVD-R media and saw this Imation 5-pack for $9.99 w/ instant rebate. However, in-store it rang up for $19.99, the...
hmm, I've actually been looking for a 24" for my game room. I've been thinking about Toshiba 24AF42 ~$330 or Sony KV24FV300 ~$450 :Q. However, this TV w/ component inputs seems like a bargain and it'd keep my significant other from b!&#!ng at me for spending more $$$ on the game room...
This seems pretty cool as long as the movie ticket makes it back in time.
Matrix II opens in less than a month and the rebate says YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR REBATE WITHIN 8 WEEKS.
oh man, good eyes!! it also sells regularly for $299.99 so there should be no problem in getting it for $150.
just make sure you get there early I guess ;)
Starfox Adventures is also $29.95. I picked a used copy Resident Evil (original not 0) for $9.99 (the sticker said $14.99 but it rang up cheaper). No manual but the discs and box are in good shape.
Does the cube have any other games that span more than one disc?
I'm pretty sure Enter the...
haha, I bought mine two weeks ago. Couldn't wait any longer either. Already have 1/2 as many cube titles as I do XBox and I'm going to check if my local Blockbuster still has new copies of Resident Evil 0 for $20.
