Old Abit IS7 crashed and burned!!

Thank you PottedMeat, TheKub, and mpilchfamily for your responses. Who knows it may dry but I haven't noticed any change as of yet. However I did notice awhile ago that when I rubbed the screen that the shape of the blobs changed a little so maybe that means the pixels aren't dead. Who knows...

montag, I'm not sure what you mean. I am able to have raid because of the IS7 mobo and a download from Intel. I believe it is the chipset ICH5R that allows raid but I'm ignorant about a card. Thanks for your interest.

Thanks all of you. So the Mouse stays on, oh well.! The router is turned off both times, on shut down and startup. I'm not real sure about my computer acting as DHCP, but I don't think so because every list I have seen lists the router IP as the DHCP, IP. Don't know how else to check it...
