=Count(0)-101 This made it work. I don't know why I needed to subtract 101, but I did. Access sucks :)

explain ISO files sizes please....

Thats right, they don't record the empty space, just what is taken. Some ISO's are way bigger, and I think that may for error checking... (but I don't know. If anybody really does know, PM me and let me know.)

ATI 8500DV or GeForce 4 and ATI TV Wonder?

I would not buy a TV card from ATI, I would get a hauppauge card, they are much better cards. The tuner on my 495 is much better than either the ATI or Studio PCTV tuner cards I used to have, and the SW is also much better (at least hauppauge's SW). Either way you should be fine, but saving a...

EZCD, XP burning question

Crappy keyboard ruined my PS2 port!

No reason to do that unless we get rid of all LPT ports, serial ports, etc. That won't happen because then I wouldn't buy that MB. I like my legacy ports ;)

I want my TA soo bad (Edit Pics, (sorta))

My roommate once had a 'great appreciation' for a TA he named 'Goldie Locks'. I guess her hair was exquisite... I had a math TA once that wore low cut shirts... I got an A in the class. The 'need help' thing is good. The posting of pictures is also a good idea.

OOPPSS!!!!......I screwed my mobo straight into my case not into the brackets!!!!

Your MB is toast. I would test your CPU and RAM, but they are probably fine. The board probably shorted before power even got that far, (did you catch the funny smell) but that would depend on where you screwed it into the mount. My girlfreind just did the same damn thing to the MB I gave...

Helping my friend's "business aquaintance" setup network...fun!

Man, sombody going from 95 to Win2k... That by itself is a big deal... Watch out for legacy apps that the company can't do without. Seriously, this is a big deal, especially if they loose ANY data, or the HW goes away while 'you' touched it. I agree, if you can stay away, do it.

Installed 2nd nic and no more lan

Try manually setting your IP address for each NIC. Make sure that the NIC attached to the lan gets the proper internal IP address... (192.168.0.x, or 10.10.0.x) Also, I don't know what isn't working on your 'lan' (I assume that file shares are not working) but you could try manually accessing...

Migrating from no server to Win2K server

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to migrate from a server-less network to one with a server. So, what do you want to do with your 'server'? Are you going to try and upgrade on of the current clients to a server? (That won't work BTW) You should just have to install ther server, set it up...
