That's the main problem. I like to lose weight but cannot go for dieting. I have started by replacing my dinner with healthy salads and it has worked a charm
I like to have meat and chicken, thus I don't prefer plant-based foods that much. Thus, though I want to lose weight, but I cannot rely on the plant-based foods that much.
Cravings are something that you cannot control immediately. You have to practice a lot to achieve control over it. For instance that I was having a cheat day weekly now I have shifted to 15 days right now.
