I have a 1 gig HDD (not sure what kind it is) that has bad sectors on it. Whenever I boot up it says so, then it runs scan disk in dos mode and freezes. It has *cough*Win95*cough* loaded on it. Is there any way to fix this without formatting and losing everything on the HDD? Is it worth it...
I've got an MSI 815E Pro Mobo...
and even though I disable the onboard sound in the BIOS it still loads up when I start windows, and conflicts with my PCI soundcard (soundblaster live).
I'm runnung WinME.

I used to drive a forklift in the storerooms at a supermarket during the graveyard shift(12-8). Then I got a lucky break in a local design firm as an illustrator working 9am-6pm. I still usually dont hit the sack till about 1-2am though... force of habit i think.
