Easiest way to cool a bottle of beer from room temperature to serving temp?

Salt will allow the temperature of the mixture to lower, but its not going to lower it all by itself unless the ice itself is that temperature. Can't make it colder than the ice is, is what some are trying to say.

Can try this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896256 Quite a few people have needed to run it to play EQ. If you're on Vista, try putting your EQ folder in an location other than Program Files. Try C:\Everquest.

Bill Starr 5x5 workout

Whats your lifting history, where are your numbers currently at? May recommend Starting Strength for a beginner. With this program as presented, would probably recommend upping weights 5/10lb weekly, until you can no longer do so.

Norton Antivirus 2010 open beta

People put not effort into research. He doesn't know 2008 was a heavily modified 2007. He also doesn't know 2009 was a complete rewrite. But 2006 sure sucked!!! I'll continue to recommend Norton's 2009 line to anyone who asks for advice.

Puking after workout

Very high intensity or very high volume can cause that for me. I usually feel nauseous by the end of my workouts, but I'm usually lifting with 75-95% of my maxes. I'm also very low carbing, so that doesn't help things any. It doesn't help you were just sick.
