thanks i will stopby after work to see.
as for one of those zalman, they look awsome, they are way over my buget let alone the overnight shipping :) thanks for the info though. It is already sinking in to buy a cpu with a heatsink and fan. Although I will probably forget by the time I buy a new...
My p4 cpu arrived from newegg, but i forgot to order a heatsink&fan with it.
Any store in midtown new york that sells those?
hope somebody know, I would hate to wait few more days for delivery of a heatsink&sink.
thanx
I bought a retail mb that came in a mb box... of course the mb is in the antistatic bag, but what I am asking is, is the motherboard box suppose to be shrinkwrapped.
I dont know if this is off topic.
I just bought a new abit ig7-g motherboard from newegg.
It came today and it is not shrinkwrapped... no matter how I look at it from the outside of the box.. it looks like an previousely openned item.
So my question for those who bought from newegg before...
I have been out of this thing for awhile now, back then cpu and mother and memory all run at same fsb times some multipliers. I guess the real questions is, now the cpu can run at 200fsb while memory on 166?
what was the story.. i dont remember anymore, i seem to recall buying a 64mb vivo ati radeon card from him way back... the card is still working on my machine..
this is very tempting... I just have one question about buying dell parts, how much warranty is there on these LCDs?

If i understand correctly, wouldnt a 256MB chip need 8 of those 256Mb chips + PCB? that'd be $6 * 8 = $48 at least.
currunt after rebate prices are below that already
I was going for the kbyte, but noticed kingston's 256mb was at $69.99 and $20 instant rebate, so I used the 10 off 50 coupon walked out the store with the ram for $40+ tax and there is another $10 kingston rebate.
So $69.99-20-10-10=$30
good luck
i am in idaho, and i ordered thursday night, now the tracking showing fedex sending my chip from Boise, idaho to salt lake and then to oakland california, ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR MIND??
I bought a celeron 600@950 april of last year from the for sale forum here and it has been working fine until today.
It died on me I think, anyways, I am wondering how to identify if it is a retail CPU or OEM, and if it is retail, how do I find out
how much time does it have left on its...
