    The SSD on the ICH10 will not work, if you are using Windows 7 at least. Might read this. As it reads seems like is a driver problem yet. So in the future probably that will be fixed. Now if you are using Vista, I do not know if Vista supports TRIM. Hope this can help you out a little bit.
