whats the advantage of PCI-express over AGP?

Thoughts on the Lian Li PC-V2000

I wouldn't say it's smart. Anyone with a bit of knowledge in thermal dynamics could completely redesign a motherboard layout to fit a better cooling solution. The really inguinuitive solutions are the ones that make better cooling setups with the current aging and static ATX form factor.

Submerging your mainboard in dihydrogen oxide

A lot of people do that actually, even those who don't use any sort of condensers and such. It helps prevent anything from growing and also adds a little color (with the right lighting, looks pretty spiffy). I think most HardOCP'ers that are really into watercooling use a 1:1 mix.

Well, AMD can't just up and get better marketting. The reason why Intel has such great marketting is because they have a great deal more cash to spend on it than AMD. Comparing them to BitBoys is a bit harsh. Those guys haven't even reached A0 silicon with any product... ever.

what tool does everyone use to push the dam retention clip down?

Why don't people manufactur Dell and Gateway Type Cases for Us?

The two most popular choices for low-noise heatsinks with 80mm fans are the Alpha PAL8045 and the Thermalright AX-7. I'd have to say the 8045 is slightly better than the AX-7 with cooling, but it's also slightly more expensive. The difference in temperature and price is negligible though...

It's not a PR rating of sorts. It's the amount of bandwidth. 2100 = 2.1GB/sec, 2700 = 2.7GB/sec, etc. Unless you mean it's a PR thing because it uses a bigger number, but then so is PC266/300 etc (because it's not really 300MHz, it's 150MHz double data rate). If it was purely a non-PR rating...

Panaflo Case Fans

A 10dB decrease is 1/2 preceived sound. You might be thinking of amplitude. 3dB increase/decrease is twice/half amplitude. I'd have to agree though, there's a gigantic difference between 32dB and 21dB. Also, higher RPM fans produce higher pitch sound which adds salt to the wound.
