i need advice on what format to use when preparing home movies to be burned to cd ive tried mpeg2 but the files are too big to put on a cd i am using ulead video studio for the encoding and saving of the video to the hard drive and am using roxio easy cd creator to burn with a 32x liteon burner

i have 320 mb of ram and it shows up in windows me as only being 312 is the most likely reason integrated graphics using the other eight mb? if not what else could be the reason?
i had the 8k7a running with windows xp and it ran very good, fast, and stable. had that up to 170 fsb with an axia 1200 not stable at that speed but still none the less it was fun.
