    Abit KT7A with Athlon XP 1900+

    Full details are with The Man: http://www.viahardware.com/faq/kt7/kt7faq.htm but as I understand it, the only issue with XPs on the KT7A occurs during POST. If the board fails to POST just hit the reset button and it should now run. Once running the XP works just fine. But you do need BIOS 64.

    Yes you need the latest Bios update (64) problem is people say they can't boot computer you have to do a reboot to get into windows.
