From Cumparsita and Limocad at the wallet -
this was in the Electronics Expo's flyer that came in the today's (11/26) Star Ledger:
Flyer's title: AFTER THANKSGIVING WEEK LONG SALE!
Westinghouse LVM37W3
37: Widescreen High Definition Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Full 1920 x 1080p resolution...
Nothing like a fresh built system!! -congrats man -- the system looks solid.
I would personally get the 37" westinghouse. I dont think it is that big. I have been wanting to purchase the 37", but I am waiting for the right price. I see that J&R music world has it for $1299 + $53 shipping...
ok, I figured it out. I am going to get the new Westinghouse 37". (possibly mount the Westinghouse to my wall behind my computer desk-or get a new computer desk because it is pretty small) Add another gig of ram. Overclock the CPU. Upgrade my video card with dual display. Keep my Sammy 19"...
Hi. I have been out of the loop for a while since I got battlefield 2 about a year ago that is what I have been spening most of my time on.
Anyway, I need an energy boost in my life (i.e., upgrade my computer somehow, buy a new gadget)
I have a 19" Samsung 915n. Radeon ATI XL800.
I...
Why dont you trying turning down the speed of your memory -
MY last build I bought PNY 2700 ram which would not run at 333 - the system kept shutting down automatically - I turned it down to 300 mhz (150 bus) and it works fine now - MY first bad experience with ram not running at advertised...
I am on the market for a dual format burner.
This seems pretty hot compared to the other deals I have been seeing.
Is there something I am missing here?
Why would anyone buy an 500a if you could buy this for much cheaper and flash it?
HI - I just bought the yellow one at site below- it is $17.00 shipping no matter where you live - see towards the bottom of page for X-Dreamer - They shipped very fast - also it comes with a 350 watt Turbo Link Power supple - Supposedly a good power supply per their web site. The only bad...
Your system is pretty sweet - You know you are not going to notice much difference in speed.
I would spend my money on a nice LCD - or a Nice speaker system instead.
PLease help - I have been switching jumpers changing configurations and power supply plugs - I cant get my second drive recognized in windows 98 but it is always recognized in the BIOS.
This is how the problem happened.
I had two drives, a burner and a dvd drive. Everything was hooked up...
Yes I do know what you are saying - I had an aunt call me all upset about the computer - YEs I will be right over so you could get your internet back up (thats all she cares about) - TUrns out she flicked the back power supply switch by accident. JUst an example of the small annoying things...
I have not built a system for a while but I need one for my brother in law who is going to start college. I have been out of the loop - but from my occasional checks in hot deals I have seen some amazing Dell systems for like $350 with nice stuff -
- Is it more pratical to jump on one of...
I have a 1Ghz AMD processor, and ASUS (I forget it is something like AV133 model) motherboard with SDRAM and Geforce 2 Pro. I have a 20" IBM P200, a cd burner that I hardly use, two hard drives(one filled with hundreds of MP3's). I also have Windows 98se. I use my computer for major internet...
This is a very hot deal. What I like most about the service is that you can check your voicemail online and it actually outputs the message through a sound file. Also, I love the idea that you can move and as long as you have an internet connection you will have the same phone number, no...
I bought the 128mb with the FM tuner. THis player is so cool. I upgraded from the Nomad II and it blows the Nomad II away. However, I think the 32mb is to small at least you need a 64mb also it does not come with a tuner. Also, the FM tuner on the 128mb version is very good, the Nomad II...
Just my two cents-
I have been using AMD in all my systems but I think that I might go with Intel for my next system. It looks like they have the best value right now for a higher end system.

Wow the Yepp Yp-700 is a very nice looking player. I did not notice it when I was searching around. It is jam packed with goodies. It is also rechargable. Definitely a sweet player. Not as sexxy looking as the IRIVER 180T but I think that remote and the cool external battary pack makes up...
Oh, crap - good point Slogan - It says 64 MB and than 128 in the specs. I only posted that site because it had 4 cool pictures of the player. BESTBUY has the 128mb, 64mb, and 32mb, version. But the smaller versions dont have FM.
I have feeling it is the 128 version and they just messed up-...
The cheapest I found the RIO S50 for was $160 shipped. The IRiver is $140 on Bestbuy.com.
So far the major advantage of the S50 is the rechargable unit. 128 MB is more than enough for me, so I will not be upgrading. I think the IRIVER is so more cool looking than the RIO S50. I am not sure...
Oh, I should have clarified, I use my MP3 for running, so I needed a nonmovable part MP3 player and I was looking for something small.
The Rio S50 is cool but I felt that it lacked some options, like the FM and recording from FM,- ITAKE THAT BACK I JUST SAW THAT THE RIO s50 Does have an...
Does anyone know anything about this MP3, it looks very cool. I have a Nomad II that I have had for the last couple years and I am looking to upgrade. This looks like it is an awesome MP3 player. Is it not very sexxy looking? The options look amazing.
Did anyone hear anything about this MP3...
