Is this a good deal on a notebook?

The rebate printed out with the receipt which mentioned the open box, so I don't believe there will be a problem. It carries the full warranty, so it's different than a refurbished item. Hopefully I won't have a problem, but if I do then I will be raising hell at the CompUSA.

RCA cable modems DCM215 vs. DCM235

Thanks InsaneMorphius, do all these come with a Delta fan? I don't want a loud fan. If I go with a 1.2 GHz instead (with plans of oc'ing), would the FOP32-1 be sufficient?

I have a Duron 800 (oc'd at 1GHz) with a GlobalWin FOP32-1 Heatsink/fan. I'm considering upgrading to a 1.4GHz/266 FSB processor. I have a ASUS AV7133 mobo in an Antec SX830 case (300W P.S.). I know there is debate over the Power Supply, but what are the CPU cooler I have? Thanks.

I'm still looking for replies on this thread. I realized I had a mix of 80-pin and 40-pin IDE cables in my pc but using a 80-pin shielded cable (40 extra grounds) on the Liteon didn't have any affect on DMA.
