Dell 1800FP Panel LCD for $431 (9-11 only!)

Can the Albatron KX400-8X automatically unlock multipliers?

got this baby from fry's for 70bucks yesterday!! i think it does unlock the athlon; i'm running a xp2100+(13*133) as 2400+ (15*133) @ default voltage i can use from 13 multipler up. if u want lower multipliers, u'll have to unlock cpu. do more tweaking later. nice board.:D

Help with Java Applet on IE

this is the problem i'm having: the code is all fine both throught the compiler and applet viewer, no errors reported. as soon as i view it from the IE broswer the prompt boxes won't go away and i have to kill IE. the same thing when my friend tried it and checked hte code for me. you can view...

Cheapest Win 2k price?

if you go to a university, the bookstore should have it for a bargain price, under $25 i would say. tho xp is hte same price if not almost. if not, ask someone you know who goes to one. if you're saying w2k pro vs. xp home - stability, but not all the functions.

help! GRUB loader won't go away!

ok, apparently, i got it to go away. i had to do this: "LOCK C: Fdisk /mbr" . . . . . . :confused:

i only have one (physical) drive. everytime i install a new loader, it'll load hte new one, but when i remove the new one, it'll always default back to GRUB .5, no matter if i try the fdisk mehtod a hundred times, it's just there! :(

it just stayed there, even after the "fdisk /mbr" method. I've even tried to installed LILO to overwrite it and then removing LILO, but the darn GRUB thing reappeared after i remove LILO. any idea guys? it's driving me nuts. :frown: btw, this was done by LYCORIS linux (aka Redmond Linux) I've...

thanks used these alot a while back, very good everntho it's made in tawain. zero problems for both my 8x yamaha nad 24x TDK. like hunt3r said, these could do 24x eventho they're not 24x certified. :D might grab a few...see if i have any $$ left over from x mas shopping!! ;)

How to send email in Chinese?

i used Unionway before and allowed me to do english=>chinese translations word by word...faster than pinyin for me. i don't know if the current version supports this still or not...oh yea i was using their Asian Suite thing.

No, ur not the only one. I doubt the US will send much land forces in initially and heavily rely on air attacks and bombing as their primary strategy. it might work at the beginning but then the enemy will learn and eventually forces the US into sending in ground forces. and we shouldn't...
