I just got a new 9600xt to replace my aging Ti200. But for some reason it runs Counter-Strike terribly. Giving me fps like 70-10. When the action heats up it goes way down. My Ti200 goes from 70 to 40 fps in a similar setting.

At SVC's web site there is no order button for the dr. thermal. That looks to be good, cheap, quiet hsf. The other hsf's there have order buttons but not that one. They must be out of stock.
