I don't believe anyone has mentioned it, but these cards are made by Powercolor. I ordered a couple of them a few weeks ago for installation into a couple of media boxes (outputting XviD and DivX to TV). They work well for this purpose, and they do include fans on the GPU. --Floyd

Nah, no joke. Acorp did what noone else had the cajones to do. Intel didn't officially condone the use of the 815 in a SMP configuration, but Acorp went ahead and built a stable and inexpensive dual board. Frankly, I have two dual boxes and both have 512MB of memory. I believe that's fine...

Received 10 of these fans Friday. They do not appear to have a thermistor (usually exposed from the hub) so I doubt they're variable speed. Outstanding deal nonetheless, and in most chassis the leads should be long enough to reach the 3-pin motherboard header(s). Best regards, Floyd

You mean to tell me ATI doesn't have WDM drivers for the Radeon? I have an All-in-Wonder Pro 128 and use VirtualDub for most of my video capture & editing. One of finest examples of open-source free programs on the planet, definitely give it a try if you haven't already. Best regards, Floyd

Any way to convert .mpeg ---> Divx?

Probably your best option is VirtualDub which will allow you to open the MPEG and compress it with any available system codec (both audio & video). You can also append all of your segments and compress them in one fell swoop. Best regards, Floyd
