When I play Counter-Strike my FPS will somtimes drop down to as low as 15. NOw this happens at any given time, not just when there is movement. It will stay down for about 5sec then go back up. I've tried both the 3.1 and 3.2 Cats, and I'm running at total stock. Any ideas? I never had these...

Soyo Dragon+ ... good or bad board????
