which to get? AMD Athlon or Pentium3?

Since currently the only chipset used for AMD systems are manufactured by VIA I would say go with Intel or wait for nVida or try to find a board based on AMD's own chipset (both north and soouth bridge)

High end workstation case

Good day, I'm currently looking for a case for my workstation, and I must say that it's hard to find a decent case. Either they are way to big (fileserver cases) or way to small, cheap, plastic, bad quality, ugly looking and non-functional. I need something that is bigger than a regular...

Who is KING??? ABIT OR ASUS!!!!!

I would have to say Asus. They always come up with innovative and stable solutions, they might not have all the features that other boards has (at least not right away), but they the essential and they're rock solid.

Stability Question; Which mobo is closest to headache free?

Go with ASUS, but stay away from VIA. Asus is known for their excellent performance and stability, however quite a few of their newer boards uses VIA chipsets, and those sucks. They're unstable and a bitch to get working with anything.

Who uses Dual monitors here?

I've been using dual monitors since I got my g400max, almost two years ago. I use it for everythingand I doubt I would be able to go back to a single monitor. The Matrox Dual Head technology rocks, the g400max is almost two years old but still offers the best dual head solution. To be able to...
