The motherboard you mention, however, is 4 PCI-E and 2 PCI; 3x3 or 2 x 4 PCI would be better for me these days - the motherboard is cheaper than upgrading sound, hardware RAID and other stuff to all PCI-E. I'm not sure what use I'm really going to have for a physics card if I have quad cores...
