I have an older compaq (hey, it was my first PC) and I can get it to power up, but it also tells me I have a system disk I need to take out and press aby key, like as if I had a floppy in the A drive, which I don't. I disconnected the floppy to see if it was busted and no dif, it says the same...

Vid card problems.

I'm giving one last look into trouble shooting this thing. I have a GF2: GTS, and it skips during 3D games, would anyone have any idea of what the problem could be? My drivers have been switched around, no difference, the IRQ is fine, etc. Are there any kind of voltage settings for AGP cards...

Audio CD Burning problems.

Everytime I attempt to burn an Audio CD in Nero, it'll go through the entire thing perfectly, report no errors, but then when I attempt to play it, the first track skips, and the rest starts a bit already into the song, and sounds kind of fuzzy, when it shouldn't. I tried to remedy this by...

Methinks CPU is overheating...

Thankfully I solved my problem, I have an ASUS CUV4x, and there's no other way around it, the on-board therm was wrong, considering my processor was cool to the touch, there's is no way on earth it was running at 75c. As for your problem, 62c isn't THAT bad, espically for an AMD processor...
