Those who make that argument would be wrong. Poet does not equate to better lyricist.
Tupac was a gifted poet and a good rapper. A great lyricist he was not.
Tyler Perry owns a 200,000 square foot studio in Atlanta. It is in this studio where movies, plays and his television series are created.
His plays make a ton of money and usually sell out. The residual income from the dvd sales are thriving as well.
Kudos to everyone who knows how to act around cops. Everyone is not taught how to deal with the police.
Perhaps there should be some mandatory training in classrooms for young kids so they know how to respond around a cop so they don't get shot the hell up for no good reason.

There is money to be made but you have to network really well to find clients.
I have had luck with a few clients and have kept one small business for over 10 years. One plus is that I have to upgrade their hardware/software every few years and this keeps me up to date as well.

Go to home depot or Lowes and get the gallon of insect control (Bayer, Ortho, Spectracide...etc). Spray around your home, inside, outside with special attention to all entrances/windows. I usually do this every 2-3 months and I dont have any issues.

Happens all the time...I don't know how directv trains their csrs but they all seem to be singing their own tunes when it comes to customer satisfaction. YOU should take advantage of this every time.
OP good start....I've had my smoky for 7 years now. One thing I've learned is to not fuss too much over the temp going too high up and down. Just let it do its magic. I set it and forget it....dont even check the temp until like 2 hours in. Then I might make a slight adjustment.
