Just got mine yesterday. It's actually an NEC 1100 with Nero. No cables, manuals, etc. I guess it has a one year warranty from Iomega, but can't confirm that. I read that somewhere. Works good though.

I just picked up two at my CC in Darien, IL. They were listed on the shelf as 69.99, but when I took it to the counter, it rang up 19.95, yippee! They are Verbatim drives with model # VBT401248A. Not bad for 20 bux!

Great deal! I just called and got my $29.99 768K/128k deal from July bumped up to 1.5/256 for $10.00 more!! I'm in Ameritech/SBC Chicago region.
Thanks,
Matt
I use it on my home network and have had nothing but good things with it. It's easy to update the firmware and is very stable. I paid $100.00 for it back in the day :(:o
I just got the ZipCD 12X CD-RW and when I tried burning something it didn't feel right. It looked to be going slower than the 12X. I don't know it's it's the overburn technology or what. I had a Sony 8X SCSI before and it seemed to work a lot faster. Has anyone had any experience with the ZipCD...
