Nvidia drivers in linux

Thanks for your answers. I don't think it has anything to do with my XF86Config file, because the only thing I have changed is the "nv" to "nvidia" as Nvidia says you should do. What I really don't understand is, that in my display properties my resolution is set to 1400x1050, but it only shows...

Nvidia drivers in linux

I've installed Nvidia's 4363 drivers, but now I can't use 1400x1050 as my resolution anymore. My monitor is a Sony CPD200ES. It's not supposed to be able to use 1400x1050, but howcome the old "nv" drivers built in the kernel can?

No colors on TV-out

I figured it out. It didn't have anything to do with PAL og NTSC output, but something with the s-video output. But thanks anyways

will norton sys.works 2001 work on winXP??

You can. I'm running Norton Antivirus 2001 on my XP. You just need to install som drivers, but the program will tell you which ones. Carsten

HELP... What's wrong with NVIDIA drivers??

Well I've actually fixed it myself. Apparantely I had downloaded the WHQL version of the 12.41 version, not that it says anything about that is shouldn't work on the website, so I tried to download the non-WHQL version, and woula everything worked just fine again. Thanks for the help anyways...
