I received a k1 from a partnership that operated in two states. Should I file in both states? Partnership was sold this past year but had been purchasing/gifted shares in prior years as well.

Again everything is relative, but $100k ain't much if you're living in a place like NYC, its barely passable even for singles when considering cost of living. Hell, even $250k isn't much in this town.
