    Need some help trouble shooting

    Which video card?? Are you sure its seated firmly?? (can you see any of the gold leads) if you can its not all the way seated. Not a 100% on the 12v plug, but if its not supplying any power then I would have to say yes that could be your problem. Have you tried any of the other 12v plugs...
