Win2k, Fat32 or NTFS? Is there a difference?

Win2k, Fat32 or NTFS? Is there a difference?

Is there a performance difference at all? I'm running a home desktop computer, not a server or anything. Just for personal use, so security isn't a huge factor for me. But performance is. If NTFS performs better than Fat32, then i will install on a NTFS :)

Tri-Boot on Dual Drives!! Advice please.

Thanks for the help. I know exactly what to do now, but is there anyway to make the 30 gig be the C: drive? I am going to be using mainly win2k which will be on the 30 gig drive. And i would prefer that to be the c: drive, just curious. If its not possible its alright. Thanks for the help.
