distinguishing ram chips

Hello y'all, I have different types of ram, but I can't tell what kind or how large(32mb, 64mb, 128mb etc...) or how fast they are. Is there a way of identifying the ram modules?

boot up problems

my computer doesn't bootup. The power supply is on(i hear the fans and the green led is on), but no post. No post until I press the reset button several times(over 5 times each time). Anybody know what the problem is?

Anybody try pax.mate acoustic absorption mats

Hello all, Did anybody ever try the pax mate sound dampening mats? if so could you tell me if it dampens a vantec tornado fan(the fan makes so much noise)?

ABIT KG7 AMD 761 MOBO

I have an abit kt7a-raid mobo with a 1.2 gig athlon tbird on it. Can I put that cpu on the abit kg7 amd 761 mobo? P.S. The raid board no longer works

usb 2.0 hub

In order to get usb 2.0 speeds do you need the controller and the hub to be usb 2.0, or is it the controller that's important and the hub doesn't really matter?

hello everyone, How do you uninstall win xp pro. I tryed the add remove programs, win xp does not show up on the list. I tryed cliking on my computer then right clicking on c: drive. It would not format either. any ideas

which is the better printer?

I have heard a lot about the Canon S900 saying its very good. Also the Epson Stylus Photo 2200 has had excellent reviews. Could anybody tell me which one they recommend is the better printer to print text, but especially photos.

Could anybody tell me what the differences are between the Canon S900 and the Canon S820D. I know the s900 is faster and the s820d has the lcd display. Are there any other differences such as maybe output quality?
