Maybe you will like this review better. People seem to like these coolers so they can't all be nuts. I don't have one and I don't think they are the coolest you can get but I have heard they are very quiet and do a good job of cooling.

Since you are considering the wbk38 why don't you buy a fop 38 instead. It is a little cheaper and every review I have read say there is basically no difference in how they cool. Good cooler but loud.
You should have only a very thin coat of compound on. Use a razor blade of a credit card to spread it. 16 cfm is very low for the fan. If you attach a fan with at least double the cfm you should see quite a reduction in your temp. Lapping the HS could give you another couple of degrees drop...

Thanks for the info but I already bought the Radeon LE last night. Just can't beat the price. Even if it is not that good no big cash loss and i can always sell it to recapture some of my loss. From all that I have heard though it is an Excellent card for the price espcecially if you tweak it.
Well Anita I have changed my mind due to the price differential for now. The Radeon LE will still be quite a bit better than my present TNT2 m64 and it only cost $120. I will maybe get another card with tvout when the price drops some more. The Leadtek is cheapest here...
