Question: Upgrading Paypal account

If I upgrade a paypal account to recieve CC funds, I know those have a fee attached to them and I don't get all the money sent my way. However, what happens if someone sends me paypal funds, once I have the upgraded account, are they still subjected to that fee?

Converting Zip 100 Disk to Zip 250 Disk...is it possible?

Call me crazy, but if we could do it to a zip disk, that would mean we should be able to make our hard drives 250% their size by modifying the externals. I'm 99.99% sure without looking up, that a zip disk is as dense as it can get.

Well my dad just bought a 17" viewsonic LCD, and it still sucks for gaming. Not bad like the old ones, but definitely noticeable compared to CRT.

Yes, my friends cheap a$$ A70 looked better than my 400 dollar Sony 19" AG monitor, except for it only being 17" and curved. Thats why I just ordered my brand spanking new Hitachi CM721F which is a 19" flat screen Shadow Mask Tube. I'm excited.

Where to DL Terminal Services For Win2K?

I need the terminal service client so I can do remote desktop connection, but I can't find where to download it from Microsofts site. I've downloaded it before when my friend linked me, but I've been looking for the past 20 min and can't find it on their site. Please help me :)

Should I be a bartender?!?!

I'm about to turn 18 and I need a different job for the summer. I want to get a computer job, but the market is sort of down right now. So I think a bartender would be a good job. How much does bartending school cost, and how hard would it be for me to get a job since I will only be 18.

In response to the Burner config thing. For on the fly burning all that matters is the drives are on different cables. Whichever drive is faster at reading your media should go opposite hard drive. If you are ripping DVD's put DVD as Master on 2nd channel. If you rip music and the Burner is...

I would get a different RAID card. The one on your motherboard sucks. No offense. That would help dramatically in improvement, since I'm 99% sure you cant set an optimal stripe size cause its probably the LITE version or whaterver. BTW if you haven't ordered it yet, I would get a different...

Wow that is pathetic. The owner of a website posts a review for a DDR333 board and he doesn't have Ram capable of running at 333 Mhz. Some review there. Thats like doing an overclocking article and only having a golden orb as your heatsink.

Ok, I've seen the pics on what to do in the anandtech article. However, do you have to solder the points where you clip the resistors? From the article it seems like no you wouldn't have to, but logically thinking, it seems like you would have to do it so you make a complete electrical circuit.

Opinion on Piracy

You can have your own beliefs on the ethics of piracy. But if the companies were smart, they would see that if they just lowered their prices for stuff, people would stop pirating. I buy music cd's of all groups I like, but I've downloaded a ton of songs However, if music cd's were only 4.99...
