This may be like the Logitech or Kilpsch for a PC, not a Home theater reciever/speaker setup in the living room. This price for a regular HT ONKYO is much higher.
I had a chat with the philips people and rebatesHQ about 3 weeks back. I got the same info as RBC but I also got a letter from Philips that they have verified my info and will mail a check in 6 weeks!!!

Got this deal this week at Melbourne, FL Sears. I asked the sales rep and he said he had heard about it. He called Lawrence, Kansas to check. When the store guy at Lawrence confirmed, Sears agreed to pricematch...SEARS PRICEMATCH ROCKS:D
