The Gigabyte is a good board (I have one myself) but some people have problems with a reboot issue when overclocking above 125MHz FSB (I have yet to see this problem running at 2.4GHz/150MHz FSB/300MHz DDR/1.65v). This seems to be only when you specify a core voltage (instead of auto)...
The general consensus on the boards here is that the P4B266-C is the safe bet for big overclocks.
Personlly, I would recommend the Gigabyte GA-8IXRP but numerous people have had some trouble with this board (won't reboot over 125MHz FSB with manual core voltage - I have not seen this yet on...
nVidia's site has a link on the left side called "Driver Archive" in the download section for your operating system. Choose that link and you get your choice of many drivers, including the 21.xx's.
Is it just me or does it seem that alot of people are getting successful 1.6A OCs running at default voltage? (1.5v) Many are doing 133MHz FSB no problem, and I've seen a couple posts of people doing 150MHz FSB...all at 1.5v!?!?
Ralf, were you able to exchange your Gigabyte board for the Asus? Or did they charge you that 15% restocking fee?
If I set this puppy up and have the problems strawberrymom and others have been having I may consider RMA'ing also. :-(

Woohoo! Just ordered my 1.6A and the Gigabyte GA-8IRXP from Newegg. I should be posting my OC results by the end of the week. Thanks to everyone on the forums for persuading me to make this purchase. :D
