Smugmug.com unlimited storage. Referal bonus for people you refer. Good company, I have been with them for 1.5 years and have 4 gig of family photo's stored there. Utils to upload, download etc. They can also do a DVD backup for you.

Visio will allow her to see what is possible with the wall changes, etc. I used it for finishing my basement. Very handy. Prepare to spend some time, and take lots of measurements.

Job Negotiations - how unusual is it to negotiate extra vacation time?

I work for a company that gave me 2 weeks the first year, but made me eligible for "Job Credit" which bumped me another week in the 2nd year. So it puts me in the 3-5yr range (I think). I have never known a Human Resources Dept to be too flexible. Too many changes to the normal employee profile...

In what way do you guys make extra cash

I turned my hobby, making pens, into a small biz. I charge between $30-$60 for a handmade pen. The wood comes from all over the world. Last Christmas I took the family on a Disneyland vacation with the loot from the Christmas buying season. Find a hobby and sell the crap out of it.

Which is actually just what the police did. The women just made it hard on themselves by illegally trespassing on someone else's property. If you wish to stage a protest in YOUR OWN OFFICE, no one will call the police to have you removed. Seems like a great way to avoid pepper spray...

How much is the going rate to produce a site similar to this?

I put up www.bigjimsrims.com using OSCommerce. It was something I was able to do myself. A little PHP and database work. All the customization took a little longer, but I didn't put $4k worth of time into it. It can be done cheaper.
