I got the audio from the realtek page, and the Win2000 Intel USB 2.0 drivers for Win2k have resolved the USB yellow warning problem.
Anyone find WinXP drivers for this card? I can't get beyond the "yellow question marks" for the sound and USB and something called the "SM BUS Controller".

Well, according to Jim at pcliqudators (possibly the owner), it's "common knowledge" that pentium 4 boards only support agp video. He wasn't the least bit concerned that it wasn't mentioned in the description, and wasn't the least bit interested in cutting me a deal on one of their agp cards...

Something must be bad with the m-board, I just get a long beep, and it doesn't seem to power the pci video (in any of it's slots). I've tested the videocard in another system and it works fine.
Just got one with no sound, and also got in the newegg celeron previously mentioned.
